Although my approach to counseling draws from a variety of therapeutic models and techniques, all are rooted in the fundamental principles of acceptance, authenticity and experience. My style is active, both in and outside of sessions, as I regularly seek ongoing training to increase my knowledge and skill level as a clinician. My ultimate goal as a therapist is to help you develop knowledge and tools that will facilitate sustained growth long after therapy has ended.
